ML4SF「書類データ逆同期」機能の不具合-- Issue with ML4SF "Document Data Reverse Sync" feature

日本時間 2025年11月25日午後8時頃のSalesforce上の関連不具合の解消に伴って本事象が解消されたことを確認いたしました。

日本時間 2025年11月24日午前9時30分頃より、セールスフォース連携版のMakeLeapsの「書類データ逆同期」機能において、一部のデータが逆同期されない事象を確認しております。
Salesforce にて関連する不具合（https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20003485）が報告されており、当件の影響によるものと見立てて調査を進めております。

Starting 2025/11/24 9:30AM JST, MakeLeaps for Salesforce is experiencing an issue with “Document Data Reverse Sync” feature where certain data is not being successfully reverse-synced.
Salesforce has also reported an incident (https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20003485), and we are investigating the matter under the assumption that it may be caused by this issue.
